Has anybody tried rest-pause training? I'm thinking of giving it a go as I've heard it can help get past a plateau (and I feel like I've been on one for a while now!). Rest-pause is basically when you lift the heaviest weight you can manage for one rep, and then wait 10 seconds or so before repeating.
