Hello, I'm going to be a sophmore in high school, I just started cross country. Since we practice every day and i lift weights 3x a week would that combination be bad for my muscles. I don't want to wear down my muscle or get an injury. If you could help me out I would certainly appreciate it. Thanks & take care |
