My weight has changed a lot over the last couple of years...i was skinny(not in good shape) and i gained a bunch of weight. Stacker 3 slimmed me up a lot. I just started taking creatine 2 weeks ago, and people can already tell an obvious difference(tone wise). I know im getting bigger, i just hope im not getting any fatter. i want to get bigger and lose the flab at the same time. whats the best way 4 me to do this? thanks. |

Ed You have to be careful with products like stack3 (which I believe is for dieting) and Creatine. Dieting products work, but it’s the way they work ,they speed up you matabalisum, which in-turn speeds up your heart rate (that’s not good mate). Creatine is not bad, but the problem occurs when your body doesn’t use up all the creatine you have consumed. If your body doesn’t use or discard of it your liver has to deal with it (and the effect on your liver is like you bing drinking).The best way to gain mass and get lean is to implement cardio at the end of your workout while increasing you protein intake ( also remember that carbs are important, but most importantly is the time you consume you carbs), complex carbs should be eaten in the morning and early afternoon so as to give the body time to burn them off. If you are going to take creatine take it with grape juice, the reason for this is that the high content of simple carbs in the juice helps the body to absorb a greater amount of creatine, which mean that you liver doesn't come under as much stress. Glutamine is also good , this is an amino acid which is found in high quantity in the muscle tissue. When you train you glutamine levels drop and this can result in loss of muscle mass. By taking a combination of protein and glutamine before your work out you can prevent this from happening, which will result in greater muscle mass. If you implement all of these factors your’ll be well on your way to increasing lean muscle mass andv achieving your goals. Remember it takes time, aim for a pound to 1.5 pounds per month that’s 12 pounds in a year not bad. |

personally i would reccomend cell-tech and nitro-tech in a combination cell-tech is a very good creatine and nitro-tech will help u cut ur body fat and help u get cut |
