Hi, my webpage which has the Cramb's of Dunblane's Census entries was down for a while and have been very busy lately doing umpteen things. I've put it back online on a more reliable host this time around, and added a link to this site and Jan Morton's very excellent database on the links page. Anyway for anyone who hasn't yet viewed them, I transcribed the census records a couple of years back and hope to return to the library in Stirling at some point and finish the task I have begun, meantime hope it's of some use to anyone researching Cramb's and related families of Dunblane and the Strathearn Perthshire area of Scotland. If you come across or know of any census records or similar you'd like to see added then please do email me. Best Regards! :-) http://mysite.freeserve.com/cramb/index.htm Cramb's of Dunblane Census Records |

Oh what a wonderful site !! just came across it, have only recently found out my grandmother Charlotte Hall dob 14 Nov 1888 was listed in the 1901 census for Dunblane as being the adopted daughter of Peter and Agnes McIntosh (not officially) Her mother was Isabella Robertson born 1860 Dunfermaline and died in Alva in 1890. Her mother was Isabella Cramb born 1831. I would dearly like to get in touch with David Cramb Wilson but cannot get thru on his web site could u please advise..thank you so much. |
