Here are the new training times for the squad on Sundays (check site for dates); Traditional Forms 9.30am-10.30am Weapons Forms 10.30am-11.30am Creative and Team Forms 11.30am-12.30pm Sparring 1 12.30pm - 2.00pm Sparring 2 2.00pm - 3.30pm For October 26th Sparring 1 will be under 13s and Sparring 2 will be 13 yrs+ but this may change at a later date (you will be contacted if this concerns you) |
