To my Doggies, This season has been really tough, especially for the veterans who know for damn sure we're so much better than this. You guys know me as pretty laid back, and I usually don't say much. However, I have some things that need to be said. EVERYONE'S attitude needs an adjustsment. Right now we're not as much of a team as we should be. Yeah we drink up and have fun, but that's not why we're playing rugby. I came to fuck some people up, didn't you? But there are some problems off the field too. People thinking they are too good for certain task that need to be done, such at meetings, clean up after rucks and such, etc. These come with being apart of the team. I understand some people have prior commitments and legit excuses. Though I find it hard to believe more than half the team has a legit excuse every single time. I know a couple guys that do have many other prior commintments BUT they still try to particpate fully in anything we do. If you're wondering if you should be included in the above statement, don't wonder and assume that you are. I'm going to man up and include myself as well. I hope you guys have a great Thanksgiving and I only say these things cause I care more than I have expressed verberally before this. When you spend some time tearing up on a Saturday night realizing what you love so much is possibly falling apart, it can be stressfull.
