I agree with you about the easy to communicate with each other nowadays thing, and I also agree with the "people dropping off the face of the Earth thing" (I have seen that many times), but I can't decide whether people lose touch with others because they really don't care, or if they become too caught up with their own survival on this planet (or any other planet... I'm trying to stay light-hearted here). I think the biggest load of crap that I ever heard was "oh, I've been meaning to call you... (therefore I didn't)". I also like "Oh, it's nice to see you (or hear from you), but get outta my face... NOW!" Why don't they just say, "Oh, so you are still alive!" .... oh wait, I've heard that one too! Re: July 13th, 2005 Music has become disposable, like everything else these days. People are up in arms because other people are "stealing" these "musicians'" work. Yes, that is quite correct. There is so much music out there and nobody can afford to pay for it all BUT you have quite the headstart on that one!:)My Music Man. |
