H.J.HEINZ FROZEN & CHILLED FOODS LIMITED STATION ROAD WORSTEAD NORTH WALSHAM NORFOLK NR28 9RY ENGLAND Tel +44(0) 1692 403211 Fax +44(0) 1692 405911 Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you to appeal for some help. my fellow USDAW union members at H.J.HEINZ WESTWICK NORFOLK and i are currently organising a motor racing themed auction to raise funds for the childrens charity NSPCC (registered charity no 216401) I am writing to you to ask if its possible for you to donate any item/items for are auction(signed photo t shirt any item of riding/ driving gear or what ever you can spare).We would appreciate anything from you or the team you race for, though as you may know that signed merchandise would allow us to raise even more money for the nspcc. We are holding the auction on SATURDAY 9 APRIL AT NORTH WALSHAM RUGBY CLUB , the auctioneer will be martyn fox from g.a. keys auctioneers( who has raised over £30000 for different charity auctions) we are hoping that the auction will be popular and a big success, we will also be inviting the local press and the local news to cover the event In addition, we will be issuing a report to donors informing you how much you have helped us raised for the nspcc it would help me if you contacted me either way so i do not contact you again yours faithfully Des fern (usdaw branch c93) des@desblade.fsnet.co.uk www.northwalshamrfc.co.uk for location if you wish to turn up and join in on the bidding also MCN have said if we get some good stuff they may run a story on their web site |
