Anyone know what happened to George and Amos Lanum? They show up in the 1840 Union Twp. census with Brooks, James,and John. I also found a George Lanham born 1805 married to Hannah Watson on a family file on the LDS site. Record of an Amos Lanum marrying Eliz. Painter4-7-1825 in Belmont, Ohio. Does anyone know where these two Lanams went?

I'm talking to myself here but hopefully at some point, someone will show up who knows who these Lanams are. I now have George, Amos, Kinsey, Mary, Dennis and Joseph C. ... seems most of them were born in VA around the same time that John and James were. Most have the last name spelled Lanum as did John and James in the early census reports.
