On the Mt. View unit, water pipes keep breaking. Inmates have to store all their items ie soap, food, clothing, & books in their lockbox. Laundry is unsanitary. |

The lockboxes are made of metal, water is not going to come through unless it rises 6 inches deep. If that were the case, Mt. View would have bigger problems than the lockboxes. |
