I need some help. My son was written up by a female guard for masturbating on her. He was in his own bunk and not bothering anyone. He has been locked up for two years what did she expect. It os only natural and he did not do it in the open. He just looked at her from the bunk and was taking care of himself when she went balistic and wrote him up. He says everyone does it but he got singled out by this guard. She should be fired! Can someone help me get her fired for harassing my son. Thanks |

You thugs need to leave my baby alone. You took his magazines and pictures so what do you expect him to do. his actions are natural, he has no other release because you keep him locked up against his will. You really need to realize,that your baby is no baby no more, just think,what is he gonna do when he gets out,,masturbate on you when you walk in his room? Please, if he continues,,his behavior by playing w/his member,,he will have to register as a sex offender! Tell your baby that! |

Get her fired, For what? He needs to get wrote up. He is no better than the cellie he is shacked up with,im sure. Afterall, im sure it wasnt his first. Now, he wants mama to come to the rescue! Just think, who is to say that your son will not pull or play w/his private when he see's his sister walking into his room! That is scary! |

Hi Nancy, those people that replied to you are not members of our group, PAPA aka People Against Prison Guard.The guards (especially the female ones) pull this stuff all the time especially if they don't like an inmate.It goes on all the time.In my book, I say that female guards think that they want to think they are so desirable that no one can resist them and they think they are so cute in those uniforms which most of them have such big behinds that a yard stick is short going across....aren't I ugly...believe me many have been written up for the same thing that was not even doing anything. Be sure to tell your son to file his Step 1 and Step 2...just to have his side documented as to what happen.If they want fire them for killing Inmates they sure want fire them over something like this believe me.I have been doing this work for over 12 years and yet to see one of them fired.Just tell your son to keep his sheet handy to pull up over himself.Sorry all the others were so rude to you and it sounds like a bunch of guards talking for sure. Also be careful about the complaints because they will retaliate against your son and it can even be to his death, so be extra wise any time you are dealing with anything happening at the unit. at the ellis unit it happens all the time the ladys let the men masterbait on thim one lady lost her job over it my husband is in thair and he see it all the time u should call austin tx on thim i would your boy needs to wright to you and tell you all that so you can try to help him cause he cant get no help in prison a |

Nancy, I know this is not right what has happened to your son. Please know that this is the sort of stuff that goes on all the time against the inmates. Do as I suggested, tell him to keep his sheet handy. Please be very cautious because as I said before, retaliation can get him KILLED. Austin, will not do anything about it. If he has not filed his grievances Step 1 and Step 2, they will not even talk to him. The Steps go to the OIG office and they are documented and that is why it is important. The Inmates learned what Thug-Muggers they have to watch. I am thankfull that he was masterbating instead of raping some other Inmate that so many of them do. Remind him, most of those women (guards) thug-muggers as they call themselves, are man haters, so he has to be careful when they are on duty especially if they are lebisians. Your son should keep himself covered. It is not okay to look at someone and do that in the world, you would be arrested in a second. Get a life, lady. I hope your son loses all his good time, that is if he even has any. |

Please tell me y'all are not condoning this type of behavior. This is a grown man that is serving his time. While I admit some female officers might retaliate but this(masturbating on the female officers) goes on all the time and i am sure you as a female would like to be able to go to your job and do it without having to see this type of deviate behavior. Mom you had your chance to raise him right and you failed. Keep loving him but don't fall for all of his lies. It makes you look silly trying to take up for a grown man that can't control his behavior. |

I recognize some of the names as guru mafia guards from the guards site they post on.I guess it is okay for all the guards that rape, touch, molest, oral sexed all the young people in Texas Youth Commission, this does not include the preverted guards in the adult prisons that rape and have raped while they watch pulling on their own private parts! At lest this young man was in his own bunk releasing his natural tendencies and because the female guru happened to walk up to the cell door staring at him does not give her grounds to file charges when she was getting her own jollies from watching.If she has never seen this before then she should not be working in male prisons. My question is why don't the guards use the door coverings that are provided as they walk the runs to protect themselves. I do not agree that anyone should be throwing anything on anyone but that was not the case.This healthy normal young man was in his own bunk doing his own thing.Stop attacking his Mother.If she is like the majority of Mothers she has done everything she knows how to do to keep her son from ending up in these HELL HOLES. Besides the fact that the majority of Inmates are innocent or in for a non-violent crime. The prisons are just housing the WALKING WOUNDED left over from the long ago lost DRUG WAR. What needs to happen is to release all of the non violent offenders or those in there for drug possession, not drug distribution. All these people want to celebrate HOW GREAT of a PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN was but they never talk about the WAR on DRUGS he declared that have cost hundreds thousands of lives and grew prison system beyond ability to control the monsters, finance the monsters, and bankrupting many States, and now finally they are having to say they lost the DRUG WAR that just saying "NO" did not work and will not work until all borders are closed and all people crossing over have to register, be photographed, entered into the system of ID purposes and check for criminal backgrounds.
