Theres a big surprise on its way for you guys to download - THE DAILY JUICE REMIX Im not into remixy kind of stuff, and I doubt many of you guys are but this song sounds so so EXCELLENT. We'll let you know when its on MP3.com.au. A friend from our rehearsal studio Nick Hurford, who also remixed Susie Blew a couple of years back decided to remix it. |

Crustymusic Interview March 25 2003: Crusty: Would Polystigma ever let a DJ remix or even touch one of your songs, if so which one? Kimb: I'll tell you a story... One night when Kirsten was still in the band, we had a rehearsal at Noisegate studios and we took a break like we usually do and went upstairs to the lounge room. I lifted up a magazine and noticed a CD on the table that said "BETTY'S DONKEY REMIX - POLYSTIGMA" and I flipped out, Betty's Donkey was one of our really really old songs. So we put it on the CD player and yeah, it was insane, it was heaps cool! Some guy called Nick had done it. We each have a copy of it and I think Becky who does our Street Team somehow got a copy of it too. There's a competition at the moment for our street team to win a copy of that remix as well as half a dozen other odd songs. If I could pick a song to get done it would probably be 'Dead Air'. http://www.crustymusic.com |
