I have the same problem. I get this message that my account has been suspended, though I only had registered two weeks before being denied. The only thing I did was email a question (not sure if they consider that out of place for a new member). Tried replying to the registration confirmation email with a question about why I was denied (since I can't get to the main page for the customer service email); that was about 2 weeks ago, and no response. I hope it's not because they found out I'm hispanic. |
