I descend from 6 generations of William Travers/Travis. They came from Wales and and settled in Huntindon, Franklin moving into Indiana County all in Pa.Some moved into Iowa, Shelby County Ill. and Missouri. My direct line: William Travers/Travis born 1720 married Mary? William Travers/Travis born 1745 married Mary (Love?) William born on a ship from Scotland to the US in 1774 married Mary Elizabeth Gahagan William born in 1802 married Jane McPherson William born 1829 married Eliza Kidd and Anna Marie Good-Diehl William born 1851 married Emila Brink and Mary Jane Cummiskey/Comiskey Mary Jane and William had a daughter Ethel Travis who married George Leo McDonald Ethel and George had my mother Margaret Mae who married Donald Olson Margaret and Donald had "ME", Mary Jane. I want to try and contact the direct line of William Bash of 1829.William Bash Travis and Anna Good-Diehl had: Flora Viola, James Edward, Frank Shields, and William Walter. My great grandfather had a medical condition that has been passed through many generations in our family. I want to see if my direct blood line of Travis's had this or if it came from my great grandfather William Bash Travis Jr.'s mother.
