Looking for info & documentation for following. Hileman, Jacob John (b abt 1689 in Germany or Alsace Fr. d- 1776 Lowhill Twp, North Hampton Co, PA). Immigrated 1753 to PA with son Christian (1709-1790) & grandson Peter (1749 - 1883 died Armstrong Co.PA) via Philadelphia. Peter married HARTER, Elizabeth (abt 1752 (Germany) - abt 1831 Kittanning twp, PA. Peter's son, Solomon (abt 1775 ? 17 85 (North Hampton co)- 1840 (Kittanning twp) married YOUNT, Hanna (abt 1792 -abt 1876 Kittaning). Solomon's son, Joseph,(abt 1816-1902) married ISEMAN, Mary ( abt 1821-1910) both Armstrong Co. Pa. Joseph's son, John, (1854 Manor Twp, Armstrong Co - 1940) Married SPENCER, Ellen (died 1896) Armstrong Co. PA. ? who second spouse was. John's son, Max (1891 -1967) Armstrong Co. married CATLEY, Ethel Mae (1893 - 1949) Armstrong Co. PA. Note: Kittaning Twp is in Armstrong Co.PA Max and Ethel Mae were my maternal grandparents. Looks like we are related. Johann married Agness Nicholass about 1708. Johann's son Christian had 5 children; Maria Margaretha,b. 6 Oct 1737,d. abt 1769; John Jacob b. 1 Oct 1740, d. 25 Aug 1806; Christian, b. abt 1744, d. 24 Dec 1775(killed in Revolutionary War); George Michael, b.1748, d. 31 Jan 1831; And Peter, who you are a direct descendant of, b. Nov 1749, d. 1 Jun 1833 at Kittaning Twp, Armstrong Co. PA. I show him buried in the Heilman Cemetery, Kittaning Twp, Armstrong Co, PA. I am a direct descendant of Christian Heilman, Peter's brother. I have lots more info on the Hileman's after Johann, but he is as far back as our genealogy goes. I would love to hear from you on a direct email.
