The family of a young girl with is hiring an ABA therapist as a shadow for a mainstream pre-school classroom. The therapist will facilitate the integration of the child into a mainstream pre-k setting, promote high levels of socialization and apply behavior management techniques for children with Autism. The therapist must have ABA experience preferably in verbal behavior in a one:one setting. Prior experience as a shadow is required, and special training will be provided by the McCarton School. Training will start June/July and position will start July/August.The schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday from 2:15pm to 5:30pm in the Upper East Side.
