Yes, it is true, the quality of work after "Metallica" simply fucking sucks. There are a few compelling compositions from LOAD, such as "Outlaw Torn" and "Bleeding Me"....but some of the songs I have seriously listened to no more than 3 or 4 times total, since I've had the album!!! AND...RE-LOAD is by far the most disappointing album of all. I have truly only listened to the entire album all the way through twice (that was when I first bought the album). There are actually 2 or 3 pretty fuckin' good tunes on this longplayer, but they are lost amongst the catacombs of SHIT that make this album the most embarrassing thing ever created with Metallica's name on it. |
