If anyone knoew...or Mr. B if you read this, can we modernize our plays? That meaning, like modern-day costumes with modern day props and such...And what is the minimum and maximum of the # of minutes of the play and the # of people on stage? |

I believe we have to use an actual published copy of a script of the play you are doing, internet translations acceptable. We cannot simply make up our own lines for the play. Having the props or scenery in Early Greek fashion will probably be best; Mr. B will probably want an explanantion of why and how the modernization is parallel to something in the play. |

no no serg...kathleen is in my group and asked if we could modernize our play and so he said yes...so the word is from B...we cant TOTALLY change the lines but we can do it like the romeo and juliet and how the lines were the same but the setting and props were modern... |

Speaking of the plays, do we have to state the significance, to history and/or to the play as a whole, of the scene chosen before or after performing our scene. Please, reply quickly. |
