Crunk	posted 2/20/03 12:10 AM     Ok, first off... Ugh. Why waste time on such poor usage of your finite capacity for life? That was in reference to all parties involved. Personally, I’ve known Katie and “rainbow brite” there for enough time to know that while they may like any damned type of music, for the most part, they’re just trying to get by on this damned world like the rest of us. I’m not about to go into some sort of “can’t we all just get along?” speech here, so please, don’t get me wrong. What I’m trying to say is more of a statement to the character of these two… (Granted, I may not ever say that one has character at all, but I kid about that for humors sake) … Anyway, yeah, Katie can be annoying and “pop” at times… But hey, everyone likes some sort of pop culture at this point. And even “rainbow brite" there has some pop influences into her life. Kurt Cobain certainly had one hell of a cult following, but what was once just one subculture of many has become its own class of people. It’s certainly true with many other things that people see as so controversial. It’s no longer all just one type of person. Look at political leanings. What was once a time where someone was pro-life and thus usually meant that they were against the death penalty and so on. Now just one choice in a person’s life is just that, one choice of many. It’s about the best expression of free will that most people will ever have left; to like one thing and not others, or to not like one thing and like the others. Though I’d rather not spend time describing the more juvenile points of this large flame I do want to point out the revised post on 2/6/03 at 11:03 PM was pretty damned funny. Now, just so I may sum up everything said. Posters jonnell and Tiffani are lame, and Katie and April aren’t half bad. (Yes that was a shot. Can’t have me taking sides now, can you?) In any case, I’ve found myself lacking the will to continue posting this and I’m sure nobody cares about this ever to long rant for no reason. I’m out.
frankie the turtle	posted 2/26/03 6:11 AM     look...i've read over this page quite a few times...and i really still don't understand what you guys are all fighting about....just grow up (everyone, i'm neutral) and leave each other alone. sounds to me like most of you are spoiled brats who need to get your shit straight....look around you and try to realize how lucky you are for everything you have, and quit bitching about what you don't have. be thankful you're alive. instead of insulting each other, just leave each other alone and move on with your lives instead of all of this childish, extremely immature name calling. Just grow up, move on, and live life to the best that it can be without worrying about the past...you can't change it anyway. Peace, love and happiness.
