I have some Royal Dutch Shell equities which paid dividend in december and I choosed to have the dividend transformed into new equities, but how am i going to register these equities (because I see them as free equities and would like just to add them to my existing Shell portefolio)?

Hi, Thank you for your interest in Amateur Invest. There are 2 ways you can enter the new equities. 1) You can just add the shares as a new trade - eg. at the price 0.001 pr. share. Or 2) Add the new shares as described before, and then mark the old trade and the new trade in the protfolio window (so that both are highlighted) - and then push the calculater icon. This will calculate the combined number of shares and the combined new price. Delete the new entry from the porfolio, and update the old entry with the new price and the new number of share. - That way the are seen together. - Regards, R. Michael
